My experience at Windsor Arms Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is truly fantastic-just off Bloor and near Yorkville-but the room I stayed in left much to be desired, particularly in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The staff was generally helpful, which was a highlight, yet the overall upkeep of the facilities felt lacking. It's a charming boutique hotel, but it seemed to be in need of some serious attention.

My room was spacious but carried a strong smell, reminiscent of old cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The bathroom, although modern, had not been thoroughly cleaned and the closet needed a fresh coat of paint. The TV setup was confusing with multiple remotes-definitely not what I expected for the price paid.

The staff was fabulous and very accommodating, particularly when I needed access to the gym. They were genuinely pleasant, which made the stay slightly better, even though some of my complaints went unaddressed.
